Order processing time

All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

For England-Scotland-Wales : We charge a shipping fee of £3.50 on all orders under £15.00, £4.99 on all orders between £15 - £25 and £5.99 on all orders over £25.
For Northern Ireland : We charge a shipping fee of £5.99 on all orders under £19.99 and £6.99 on all orders over £19.99.
We will always use an insured postage service, with orders over £20.00 which are trackable, providing peace of mind for both you and us.
All orders are delivered within 2-4 business days from dispatch
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We cannot be held responsible for delays out of our control.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

We take great care in packaging your orders, however we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
